Our Innovation Day was a perfect example of this approach. We always encourage our employees to think big and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the fields of ADAS/AD, safety & security, digitalization, software controls, and e-drive.
But it’s not just about thinking – we also believe in acting and implementing those ideas. Our development teams in Regensburg, Leonberg, Warsaw, Roding, and Munich have put all their energy in to turn those ideas into reality. With cutting-edge solutions and demonstrators on display, our teams showcased their creative ideas and achievements and explained them to all the AVL colleagues visiting their station.
However, we don’t just work hard – we know how to celebrate too! Alongside our impressive technology displays, we enjoyed delicious food and the chance to connect and network with each other in a relaxed atmosphere. A well-deserved break after all the efforts that went into making this event a success.
