The time has finally come: after successful tests, our innovative AutBus is going into regular trial operation! From 15 July to 14 August 2024, passengers will be able to experience the autonomous shuttle service between the lakeside promenade and the train station in Neubäu am See live.
And who is behind the technology? Our ‘Making of AutBus’ video shows our dedicated team behind the scenes during development. How much forethought, perseverance, fun and innovation went into this project? Quite a lot!
Highlights:
Pioneering work: AVL is one of the first three companies in Germany with a test drive licence for public transport!
